Job Description:
What you will do:
  • Responding to inquiries in a timely and accurate way, via various channels (phone, email or chat).
  • Knowing both Legacy and Nutri-Grow products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Identifying needs and helping branches/customers with inquiries, including educating users about new features and functionalities.
  • Creating and updating our internal CS software (ServiceNow) with information about issues and useful discussions with users.
  • Escalate issues and resolutions to the appropriate parties by communicating and coordinating with colleagues and various teams as necessary.
  • Acknowledging, resolving, and following up with branches/customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Assist in training Customer Support Representatives and share effective workarounds with team members.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward parties at all times.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Keeping records of interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Management.
What you will bring:
  • Self-Motivated and the ability to work well under pressure, performing at high levels in fast paced ever changing work environment
  • Ability to anticipate needs and follow through with minimum direction
  • Ability to lead by example and work well with others
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office-Excel)
  • SAP s/4 Hana FI and High Radius CAA experience is a plus
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools, along with CRM knowledge
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • High School diploma/GED
  • Accounting and/or Customer Service experience
