IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

This position will start as part-time, then transition to full-time in mid-July. The schedule is below. Applicants with experience in interior design, home remodeling or home furnishings will be given priority. •We sell large pieces of stone for kitchen and bath counters, bar tops, fireplaces and outdoor living spaces, and are surrounded by nature's art every day. Customers are drawn here because we go out of our way to answer their questions. They come for product education and help in making an important part of building or remodeling their home go smoothly. In this role, you'll interact with homeowners, designers and contractors; help them understand their options; and stay in touch by phone and email as they make their decision. You'll also work closely with fabricators, the companies who cut and install stone. The right fit is someone with a high bar. You listen well. Details are crucial in our industry - not just the type of stone like granite, quartz or quartzite but also the slab size, layout and price group. Sales come from understanding a customer's needs and wishes, and being someone they can lean on in the process. You're not pushy. Our sales work is not based on quotas or commissions. Show Care for Your Team For us, this means good communication - typing up notes in our customer database about the latest progress or action, giving updates about customer projects so others are prepared to pitch in when needed, and brainstorming solutions together versus getting stuck on the challenges. We're a small but mighty group. It also means being a good observer, someone who sees ways for the team to be supported and grow. "Do you need help with anything?" "I'd like to work on [this idea]. What do you think?" Those words are music to our ears. Help Manage an Attractive Warehouse Ideally, you're able to drive a forklift. If not, are you open to learning? We'll teach you how to safely move and guide slabs, always as a two-person team. You're interested in sales trends and opportunities. What's selling quickly, what's slower to move and what we should feature to set the tone for customers falling in love with what we sell. This is a special place to work for. SCHEDULE, PAY AND BENEFITS

Part-time schedule until mid-July; 8am-5pm Tuesday and Thursday, 9am-2pm Saturday Full-time schedule after mid-July ; 8am-5pm Tuesday through Friday, 9am-2pm Saturday $25/hour Health insurance Simple IRA with 3% match Generous paid holidays and sick leave One week of PTO the first year, four weeks at year 5
