Role Overview :
This role requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. To be successful in this position, you should be organized, have good people skills, and be able to handle tasks in a timely and efficient manner while streamlining office operations. You should be a self-starter, coachable, and a team player. Multitasking and prioritization skills are essential for this position.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure an exceptional client service experience for each client. Responsible for onboarding new clients. Responsible for account maintenance and money movements for existing clients. Administer a proactive service model for each client. Respond to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner. Identify what is needed by the client and how to manage their requests most appropriately. Develop a mastery of the technology our firm uses to be prepared to answer any question that a client may ask. Creatively solve problems on behalf of each client and teammate. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notify the team of a client's arrival and prepare in advance for the visit. Prepare conference room for meetings and handle cleanup. Direct communications by answering and transferring calls and emails. Schedule, update, and cancel meetings with clients and vendors. Manage the schedule and overall workflow for our team and clients. Contribute to team effort by identifying projects needed and/or handling projects assigned by the team. Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills/Elite Attributes:

Experience:
3 years or more of experience A University/College degree is preferred and/or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Series 65 or 66 are required Experience in working with high-net-worth individuals Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred Experience with Compliance is preferred
