CSR / DISPATCHER

- Come join our Team! MACVIK Plumbing Hearing, Air and Electric is building a New Call Center with AWESOME Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Dispatcher's! We are expanding our TEAM to provide 5-Star Service to all our customers, past, present and in the future. With the continued growth of our Company since 1962, we are busy and we need TOP motivated individuals to assist our Customers and Service Technicians in our Call Center. We are looking for experienced, well-spoken, energetic Team driven individuals! Our Team members need to be driven, self-motivated, multi-tasker, enjoy interacting and helping people. Listening and working together is the Key! Is that you?

DESIRED SKILLS

Have a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude. Strong decision making and analytical abilities. Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Convert incoming Customer Calls into Booked Service Appointments. Responsible for compiling and entering accurate customer information into Service Titan. Advanced sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for Customer and fellow employees. Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably. Possess a strong work ethic and Team-Player mentality. Provide quality service and support in a variety of Company areas. Required:

3-years plus CSR / Dispatching experience.
