Customer Service Representative High 5 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, scheduling appointments, and supporting our technicians in the field. Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently Assist customers with questions regarding services, pricing, and availability Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience Promote and sell company memberships and additional services Confirm appointments and follow up with customers as needed Maintain accurate customer records in the scheduling system Coordinate with dispatch and field technicians to ensure smooth scheduling Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy Meet individual and team performance goals, including membership sales and booking metrics
Requirements:
Previous customer service, call center, or scheduling experience preferred Strong communication and phone skills Comfortable discussing and selling memberships and services Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software is a plus
