Are you friendly, dependable, and passionate about customer service? Travelodge Golden is looking for an enthusiastic Guest Service Representative to join our team and help deliver exceptional experiences to our valued guests. As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll play a key role in making every stay memorable. What You'll Do Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with reservations Process payments and maintain accurate records Assist guests with requests, concerns, and local recommendations Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area What We're Looking For Outstanding customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel software Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required! The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in providing outstanding service.
