As a Used Car Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for following up on leads generated by internal and external marketing, within the CRM, Respond to incoming inquiries from multiple sources, KBB, Carfax, Accutrade, TrueCar, dealership sites, etc., plus may search online listings and Dealer websites for vehicles available to purchase. Interact with customers and negotiate vehicle purchase prices.

May Search online customer listings for profitable vehicles based on buying lists. Research vehicle service histories and Carfax reports Use appraisal tools, such as Vauto, to determine appropriate vehicle pricing. Inspect vehicles to anticipate potential repair costs and ensure accurate valuation Assist with arranging appointment scheduling, transportation or pick up of vehicles as needed. Generate paperwork required for the vehicle purchase; interact with financial and title teams to complete transactions. Maintain multiple logs, calendar, and purchase records for accurate recording of data. Must be able to handle multiple clients per day as well as maintain CRM inquiries and follow up for new and existing clients. Requirements Excellent communication skills are required. Must be self-motivated with an ability to manage and organize time and activities. Must maintain a professional appearance and follow brand dress code. Ability to adopt and support new processes and changes to help in employee and customer satisfaction. Demonstrate high character and achieve high results. Excellent process orientation Possess outstanding work ethic. Superior customer service skills. Maintain effective team member relations. Desire to learn and implement valuable evaluation and technical skills to set the foundation for management level advancement in the company.
