Job Description
Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping people? The Kaufman Allstate Agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support while helping ensure their insurance needs are met with care and accuracy. What You'll Do Greet and assist clients with policy questions, billing, and claims Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person Process policy changes, payments, and documentation accurately and efficiently Support the sales team by maintaining client records and following up with customers Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported What We're Looking For Previous customer service experience (insurance experience is a plus but not required) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
