ABOUT OUR AGENCY
Our agency opened in 2017 and has grown into a team of 14. I began my career as a State Farm team member and spent five years learning the business before opening my own agency, which gave me a strong foundation for building a successful and supportive team. I'm a graduate of Northern Arizona University and fun fact, I'm an identical twin. I'm also happily married and the proud parent of three wonderful children. Family is a huge part of my life and influences the culture we've built within our office. Our agency is very involved with local schools in the community. Every Friday, our office provides donuts for students, and we support and adopt school classes during Christmas. We also help with school field trips and participate in many school activities throughout the year. For our team, we offer a four-day work week, flexible scheduling, team events, free snacks in the office, a 401(k), health benefits, and licensing paid up front. Our culture is very team-first, with a sports-style approach to goals and teamwork. When the team meets goals, members can earn trips and other rewards. We're looking for someone who is motivated, goal-driven, detail-oriented, well-spoken, and eager to grow as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nick Fransioli - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
