Job Description

We are seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. Our mission is to create a positive, high-impact customer experience by delivering essential telecommunications and communication services through partnerships with leading industry providers. As demand for our services continues to grow, we are expanding our team of driven Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about customer support, relationship building, and career advancement. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with customers to provide personalized assistance, product education, and service solutions that meet their individual needs. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, building brand loyalty, and supporting overall business growth. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Interact with customers directly in a professional, solution-oriented manner to address questions, concerns, and service-related needs Provide information about telecommunications products and services, helping customers identify the best sales solutions for their needs Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and professional development activities Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry through follow-up support Represent client brands with professionalism while promoting customer satisfaction and service excellence Educate customers on the benefits of communication services that enhance connectivity with family, friends, and communities Process customer requests, update account information, and schedule appointments accurately using company systems Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives by delivering exceptional service experiences Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and company sales goals Customer Service Representative Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, sales support, or client-facing roles is preferred Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Support Specialist, Sales Associate, or related role is a plus Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer concerns effectively Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Strong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity Passion for helping customers and delivering outstanding service experiences Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment This is a full-time, in-office Customer Service Representative position.
