• October 15, 2026 Sheridan, CO | In Person Preservation Tree Care is seeking a Seasonal Customer Care & Sales Support Specialist to support our team during our busy season from April 15 through October 15, 2026.

This role is responsible for professional client communication while supporting our sales team, scheduler, customer care department, and executive assistant. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a calm and professional client experience. Preservation Tree Care is a premier arboriculture company with a Board-Certified Master Arborist, eight Certified Arborists, and four Department of Agriculture Qualified Supervisors dedicated to providing exceptional tree care and environmental stewardship. • Thursday 7:30 AM
• 2:30 PM 28 hours per week No evenings No weekends

• $25 per hour depending on experience This is a seasonal position and does not include company benefits.

Responsibilities Answer incoming customer inquiries by phone, email, and text Schedule sales for Matt and our arborist sales team Schedule appointments for residential and commercial clients Receive and address client questions and service concerns professionally Communicate client needs and updates with our scheduler to coordinate services Work collaboratively with our customer care department Communicate important client information to our executive assistant when necessary Support sales with client follow-up communication Maintain accurate client information in our CRM system Request client reviews when appropriate Track marketing engagement with clients Manage receivables, including contacting clients regarding past-due balances Perform weekly, biweekly, and monthly invoicing (approximately 6 hours per week) Process client payments and deposits Help ensure a smooth and professional client experience from first contact through project completion Qualifications Minimum 3 years customer service experience preferred Strong communication and listening skills Professional demeanor with clients and team members Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively Technical Skills Minimum 60 WPM typing speed Experience with CRM systems preferred Microsoft Outlook Slack Zoom ArborGold experience is a plus Job Type Seasonal | Part-Time May 15, 2026
