Sun Harley-Davidson is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Writer to join our team. If you live and breathe motorcycles and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, we want to hear from you. As a Service Writer, you'll be the front line of communication between our Service Department and our loyal riders—ensuring top-notch service and an exceptional experience every time.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally at the service desk. Listen to and document customer concerns and accurately translate them into work orders. Schedule service appointments and manage workflow for technicians. Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service. Provide service estimates, explain repair details, and maintain follow-up communication. Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction at delivery. Support a culture of exceptional service, safety, and Harley-Davidson brand integrity.
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in a service advisor/writer role (motorcycle or automotive preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. A positive attitude and customer-first mentality. Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday schedule. Basic computer skills and familiarity with service software (training provided). Motorcycle endorsement and Harley-Davidson passion are a big plus!
