Customer Support Representative Job Duties:

Assisting customers via inbound calls, chatrooms, and emails Following guided instructions to answer customer product questions regarding installation and operation Effectively handling customer challenges and offering solutions Delivering refined customer service to contribute to overall brand satisfaction

Customer Support Representative Job Requirements:

Previous customer service experience required Experience with hands-on technical skills or product installation Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers and able to learn new systems Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay:
