This role combines relationship-building, consultative selling, and client education to help protect customers while supporting agency growth. We're seeking a licensed insurance professional who enjoys helping people, excels at developing new business opportunities, and takes pride in delivering a high-quality client experience. Salary Range:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Flexible Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Active Connecticut Property & Casualty License preferred Life & Health License preferred Prior insurance sales experience strongly preferred Ability to build trust and establish lasting client relationships Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Comfortable working toward individual and team performance goals Positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset Responsibilities Prospect and develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and outreach efforts Present insurance solutions tailored to each customer's needs and goals Quote, bind, and service personal and commercial insurance policies Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through policy issuance Support client retention through proactive service and policy reviews Contribute to agency production goals and overall business growth
