Client Service Representative (CSR)Mill Pond Veterinary HospitalMill Pond Veterinary Hospital is seeking a friendly, customer servicedriven individual to join our team! Our mission is to provide exceptional veterinary care to our community while supporting pets and their families with compassion and dedication.

We carefully select team members who demonstrate empathy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for animal care. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, educational, and positive environment for our staff, clients, and patients.
Position Overview:
The Client Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in creating an outstanding client experience. As the first and last point of contact, this position sets the tone for each visit by providing a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is a true people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with clients and their pets.

CSRs must be able to multitask efficiently, remain calm under pressure, and communicate clearly and compassionatelyespecially in emotional or high-stress situations. A strong understanding of hospital services and the ability to confidently relay that information to clients is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and pets warmly, creating a positive first impressionAnswer multi-line phones promptly and professionallySchedule appointments in accordance with hospital guidelinesMaintain accurate client and patient records in the systemCommunicate clearly with clients regarding services, products, and care recommendationsPrepare estimates, treatment plans, consent forms, and invoicesProcess payments, including cash, credit cards, and checksVerify and dispense prescriptions, including diets and preventatives, with proper instructionsWeigh pets and record accurate data in medical recordsAssist in maintaining a clean, organized reception areaHandle client concerns with empathy and professionalismRecognize urgent situations and alert medical staff as neededSupport overall hospital operations and workflow
