In partnership with AT&T, our team works directly with customers to provide personalized support, explain wireless service options, and assist with new customer enrollments. This is a customer-facing opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and building strong relationships. We provide hands-on training, professional development, and a supportive team environment designed to help team members grow professionally and develop valuable business skills. Responsibilities of the
Customer Enrollment Associate:
Speak with prospective customers to provide information about AT&T wireless products and services. Assist customers with account setup, service enrollment, and general support questions. Explain available plans, promotions, and features in a clear and professional manner. Deliver positive customer experiences through strong communication and attentive service. Maintain accurate customer records and enrollment documentation. Respond to customer questions and help resolve concerns efficiently and professionally. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay informed on products, promotions, and company processes. Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Customer Enrollment Representative Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing role is helpful but not required. Proficient interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer interactions throughout the day. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
