We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support the day-to-day flow of customer orders and internal operations. This role is critical to maintaining accurate order processing and coordination across our production, planning, and warehouse teams. The position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to grow into a more involved role over time as you develop a deeper understanding of our systems and operations.
General Description:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day handling of customer orders, including order entry, verification of requirements, coordination with internal teams, and support of shipment and invoicing processes. The role ensures that all necessary information, including specifications, labeling requirements, scheduling requirements, and shipping information, is accurately captured and communicated to Production, Planning, and Warehouse teams for accurate order fulfillment. This position helps to facilitate and execute shipments, creates invoicing and shipment documentation, and delivers invoicing to customers. This position also performs general clerical, administrative, and receptionist duties. The Customer Service Representative also helps with basic project development duties such as capturing accurate order/product specifications, facilitating graphics and proofing submissions, and responding to pricing inquiries.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Works closely with existing team members to learn and replicate current order processing and customer service workflows. Manages multiple orders, tasks, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Receives orders from customers Responds to customer inquiries Assists with new product and order setup by capturing customer requirements and specifications Coordinates artwork submissions and proofing with customers and vendors as needed Verifies order requirements and specifications Enters and processes Sales Orders to generate detailed Work Orders Assists with purchasing related tasks as needed Ensures Production Team receives accurate order details, specifications, labeling requirements, and shipping information necessary for fulfillment Communicates required scheduling and delivery timelines to Production to support on-time fulfillment. Receives and processes customer feedback Helps to build good customer relations Provides administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to the Management Team Performs shipping, invoicing, and shipment documentation tasks. Assists with sales and marketing related administrative tasks as necessary. Performs general administrative and office support tasks as needed Works with management on continual process improvement
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or greater Bachelor's Degree is a plus Must speak English. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, file management, etc.
Minimum Previous Experience:
Customer Service experience is a plus. Experience with automated CSR systems, WooCommerce, Hubspot, etc is a plus.
