Job Summary Join our dynamic Equine Department as a Customer Service Associate dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our clients and their beloved animals. In this energetic role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance on equine products, pet care. Your enthusiasm and knowledge will help foster a welcoming environment where animal lovers feel confident and well-informed. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for animals with outstanding customer service skills, ensuring every visitor leaves with a positive experience and the right solutions for their equine and pet needs. Duties Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their needs, and provide tailored advice on equine products and animal care. Assist clients with product selection, including equine supplies, Feed and bedding and other farm supplies. Prior experience in the equine business and very helpful. Experience with equine care or working in an equine-focused environment will set you apart. Strong communication skills combined with a passion for animal welfare are essential for providing top-tier customer service. must be able to lift 50lb
