Our team is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join us in delivering exceptional support and training to our customers.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily support needs of our software clients. Our clients are fuel oil and propane providers who use our back-office software to run their operations. They often need assistance processing orders, payments, refunds, budget plans, routing, or other tasks that you will become an expert at over time. Communication will be primarily via LiveChat, with some phone and email support as well. You will also be the lead person to handle client onboarding. Onboarding entails setting up user accounts, gathering company-specific information about how our clients currently run their businesses, and making sure that timelines are followed for a smooth transition to our software.
Qualifications:
Tech-Savvy:
Comfort and proficiency with technology, particularly in web-based software tools.
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
Detail-Oriented:
Meticulous attention to detail for managing the onboarding process, as well as day-to-day problem-solving needs. Industry Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in the fuel oil, propane, or energy industries is a plus but not required.
