Job Overview:
This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues

- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the database
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English & Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
- Prior experience In the insurance industry is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions
