• Overtime available as business needs require Role Overview This position supports order entry for a wide range of industrial products, including both catalog items and large,plex equipment orders.

The role focuses primarily on order processing and customer interaction for catalog customers, while larger, multi-million-dollar projects are handled by the sales and project management teams. Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders and returns using thepany ERP system
• Serve as the primary point of contact for catalog-based B2B customers
• Coordinate with internal Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure order accuracy
• Review pricing, taxes, and order details to ensureplete and correct documentation
• Maintainanized records and manage multiple orders simultaneously What we are looking for
• Prior order entry or customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Experience with any ERP system (Aptean Intuitive, SAP, or similar)
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to learn and retain extensive product information
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Comfortable performing basic calculations, including taxes

Pay Details:
