Job Description

Service Advisor Pay:
$23-$28/hr
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Location:
Enfield, CT Overview:
Primarily phone-based role (95%) handling service requests Interact with landscapers, golf courses, and municipal clients Occasional in-person customer interaction
Responsibilities:
Handle 60-80 calls per week (7-12 minutes per call) Follow structured consultation sheets Perform data entry and administrative work
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail Customer service experience required Dealership service advisor experience is a strong plus Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Outlook Benefits Overview 2 weeks vacation, 3 sick days, 1 personal day Medical, dental, vision Life Insurance FSA 10 paid holidays 401(k) #SN
