Customer Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities :
Develop comprehensive presentations and product materials to effectively communicate with customers and target audiences, Identify customer needs and offer products that pertain to preferences and personal requirements, incorporating opportunities for upselling when appropriate to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction with our clients Cultivate and nurture professional relationships with existing and prospective customers. Participate in training sessions alongside fellow entry-level Verizon Customer Service Representatives and senior management to gain deeper insights and understanding of products, services, and local offerings.
