Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person meetings ensuring clear and effective communication. Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints with patience and empathy. Process orders, returns, and data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office tools and internal systems. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support continuous improvement. Conduct follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new products or services. Provide support in client onboarding and account management activities to foster strong relationships. Demonstrate excellent communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly. Requirements Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English is required along with additional languages preferred. Proven experience in customer support or call center environments is advantageous. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for effective client interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills are necessary for data entry and documentation. Experience with outbound calling, sales techniques, or client services will set you apart. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when needed; attention to detail is crucial. Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer issues quickly and provide appropriate solutions. Excellent phone etiquette combined with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
