Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Reservationist / Customer Service Representative to join our office team. This role is the first point of contact for many of our clients and plays a key role in ensuring every reservation is handled accurately and professionally. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication and multitasking skills. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and emails to assist customers with transportation inquiries and reservations Schedule, confirm, and modify bookings using our reservation system Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability Communicate reservation details clearly to chauffeurs and operations staff Monitor upcoming trips and ensure all bookings are accurate and complete Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving client questions or concerns Assist with general office tasks and administrative support as needed Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all client interactions Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability Comfortable working with computers and reservation software Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Prior customer service, hospitality, or reservation experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented What we Offer Supportive and friendly team environment Competitive pay based on experience Paid training provided 401K Liberty Limousine can provide you with a cooperative, non-competitive work environment.
