Job Description

The Client Service Coordinator is the first face that our clients see when they enter our office and it's their responsibility to make each person feel at home and welcomed. The Client Service Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for clients. The Client Service Coordinator performs a wide range of functions independently and on behalf of Financial Advisors. Greets, welcomes and directs clients and guests entering the Fiduciam office Ensures client waiting area is well-stocked and maintained Schedules and confirms client visits Answers incoming client phone calls Completes basic client visit prep to assist with client meetings Receives daily mail and logs mail correctly Accurately titles/stores/files and uploads documents Routine office support, copies, printing, sorting, etc. Contacts home office/other entities to assist in resolution of client requests Assists with miscellaneous tasks as assigned General Support Support marketing initiatives Remain Compliant with client notes, training and confidentiality Process checks and mail log according to defined procedures Identify and Report Problems Assist in maintaining clean office environment Uphold the values of the Fiduciam Financial Team Uphold the guidelines laid out in the Team Handbook Complete special projects as directed by Advisors and Practice manager Other duties as required We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our employees.
