Job Description

Customer Service Responsibilities:
  • Safe Home Security offers a challenging yet rewarding career.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are problem solvers and leaders. This job is for the person who can think on their feet and has a drive for success. You will be responsible for seeking a resolution to customer concerns as well as upsell and ensure clients domains have proper coverage. Additional duties include but are not limited to :
  • Managing financial transactions and handling billing inquires
  • Able to work as a team
  • Convey superior product knowledge
  • The ability to maintain a professional appearance
  • Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
  • Cross-selling products to increase value of the security system.
