Job Description

Position Summary The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional support related to orders, quotations, delivery schedules, and general inquiries. This position works closely with internal departments to ensure accurate communication, timely order processing, and high levels of customer satisfaction within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and product information. Process customer orders, order changes, and related documentation accurately and efficiently. Prepare and process formal quotations utilizing the company's internal quoting procedures. Review and understand Bills of Materials (BOMs), customer documentation, and manufacturing requirements. Coordinate with production, purchasing, engineering, and quality departments to support customer needs and delivery commitments. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, lead times, and any schedule changes. Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate customer records and order information within ERP system Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service and order processing. Perform additional administrative or customer support duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Previous customer service experience in manufacturing, electronics manufacturing services (EMS), or related industries preferred. Experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs), customer purchase orders, and manufacturing documentation preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with ERP software is a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Preferred Experience Electronics manufacturing or contract manufacturing experience. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus. Knowledge of ISO or quality-driven manufacturing processes is a plus. Work Environment Office environment within a manufacturing facility. Frequent interaction with internal departments and customers. Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
