In this full-time Client Support Associate position, you'll engage with customers across the local area, introducing them to upgraded package solutions designed for today's connected homes. The Client Support Associate will focus on creating a smooth, informative experience that helps customers understand their options and feel confident in their decisions. As a Client Support Associate, you'll play a key role in building strong customer relationships while assisting with service selection, onboarding, and overall account support. Through our structured training, you'll develop the skills to confidently handle both customer inquiries and support client growth in a fast-paced environment.
