Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Rep for a contract/temporary opportunity in New Britain, CT. This role supports daily operations for managed services accounts across customer locations, helping ensure consistent service delivery, strong customer satisfaction, and smooth onsite support. The Customer Service Rep will work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment where adaptability, professionalism, and service excellence are essential. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of administrative, customer service, or operations support experience who enjoys variety in their workday, collaborating with onsite teams, and helping customers receive dependable, high-quality service. This position offers the chance to build broad operational experience, support multiple locations, assist with account implementations and service expansions, and work with supportive leadership focused on process improvement, teamwork, and customer success. Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations for contracted services at customer accounts within an assigned geographic area.
- Assist with customer service delivery, onsite coverage, implementations, service expansions, and administrative support.
- Help maintain accurate site procedure guides, support process improvements, and ensure compliance with operational best practices.
- Communicate professionally with customers, end users, onsite teams, and management to address questions, issues, and service needs.
- Perform daily visual inspections of site services and support safety, quality, and compliance expectations.
- Collect service data, provide feedback on customer experience, and escalate issues to leadership for timely resolution. Compensation and Benefits
