Now hiring a Customer Service Representative

Position Type:
Full Time First Shift
  • 5 AM to 1 PM Full Time Closing Shift
  • 12 PM
  • 7 PM Must be available to work weekends as needed.
Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be placed in the frontlines of a fast-paced environment that rewards critical thinking, advanced problem solving, and teamwork. A successful CSR in our company will be able to navigate the countless personalities encountered on a daily basis. You will be the bridge between our clients' hiring needs and our candidates seeking their next career opportunity. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including managing client inquiries and maintaining client relationships, recruiting temporary candidates and matching them with the best-fit clients, business development following our sales metrics, and maintaining compliance of all paperwork, files, and records.
Responsibilities:
Work location is in-person, at office. Identify and place candidates in both short-term and long-term assignments, matching client needs with the right talent. Process job orders from companies who wish to utilize our services. Dispatch employees to job sites. Accurately process temporary staff payroll. Outbound calls when recruiting new temporary employees. Onboarding procedures while hiring new and previous temporary employees. Outbound sales calls to companies who may have a need for temporary staffing. Setting appointments for clients to meet with the Branch Manager. Foster positive relationships with a diverse range of personalities. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
  • both verbal and written Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, self-motivation Basic mathematical skills Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work weekends Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful work environment and maintain a positive attitude
