What You'll Do:
Handle inbound internet leads, phone calls, chat inquiries, and customer follow-up Set appointments for the sales department and ensure customers arrive excited and prepared Follow up with unsold showroom traffic and previous customers Maintain consistent communication through phone, text, and email Work directly inside VinSolutions CRM to manage customer activity and follow-up Confirm appointments and help improve show rates Assist with dealership marketing campaigns and customer retention efforts Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction Work closely with the sales team to help drive dealership growth and performance Keys to
Success:
