Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
Minuteman Press, the world's largest and top-rated commercial print, marketing and design franchise is seeking candidates for a position as a Customer Service Associate in our Norwich, CT location. This is a full-time Monday - Friday day shift position that primarily involves assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, mailing, promotional and design projects. You will be responsible for entering orders into our proprietary software platform, corresponding with customers throughout the proofing process, and invoicing/payment processing as jobs are completed. As experience is gained, you will also learn how to help advise customers on various types of projects and to create job quotes for them. Candidates do not need to have any prior experience in the commercial printing industry, but you must be able to demonstrate key transferable customer service skills from other relevant work experience. Training will be provided.
Minimum qualifications required for consideration:
Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. High organizational competence with the ability to multitask effectively. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong data entry and basic math skills. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office. Professional appearance and attitude. Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is a plus but not required.
