Entry Level Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for members, delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with financial transactions, account support, and member inquiries. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist members in person, over the phone, and through digital channels Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account maintenance Educate members on products, services, online banking tools, and financial solutions Resolve member questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy Open new accounts and assist with servicing existing accounts Maintain confidentiality and ensurepliance withpany policies and procedures Provide a positive member experience through strongmunication and attention to detail Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service, retail, or banking experience preferred Strongmunication and interpersonal skills Comfortable usingputers and learning new systems Ability to multitask and stayanized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a strong desire to help others Benefits & Perks Competitive pay Benefits and retirement plan options Paid time off and holidays Supportive and collaborative team environment On-the-job training and growth opportunities

Pay Details:
