LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO WORK HARTFORD, ROCKY HILL, BRISTOL, MIDDLETOWN, SOUTHINGTON, AND MANCHESTER STORES EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS.

Interview will be conducted at Rocky hill location once properly trained and or qualified, you may be sent to other store locations Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and solutions. Assist customers with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and processing orders or returns efficiently. Engage in outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, gather feedback, or promote new offerings. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant products or services. Requirements Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English is required along with proficiency in additional languages to serve diverse customer bases. Previous experience in call centers or customer support roles is preferred, especially with outbound calling and client services. Must. E able to work as quickly and efficiently during peak volumes of sales Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional demeanor. Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately when necessary. Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and customer service best practices. Analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and provide effective solutions. Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy during high-volume interactions.
