About Us We are a corrugated packaging company specializing in custom boxes and complete packaging solutions. Our offerings include corrugated, chipboard, foam, and other interior packaging materials designed to meet a wide range of customer needs. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist to join our fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer support. You will work closely with our Office Manager and play a key role in managing day-to-day customer orders and internal processes. This is a Monday thru Friday, full-time position. Compensation will be based on experience. Key Responsibilities Enter and process customer purchase orders accurately Manage and process material releases from our warehouse Create and build new items within our order entry system Communicate with customers regarding order status and details Maintain accurate records and documentation Support general customer service functions as needed Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes Good communication and problem-solving skills Strong computer proficiency (experience with order entry or ERP systems is a plus) Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable, team-oriented work environment Medical, dental, vision and life insurance Profit Sharing Plan PTO based on years of service How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
