Including:
Supporting Financial Planners with workflow management and client coordination Coordinating client meetings, schedules, and follow-up Managing client service requests and operational processes Assisting with account paperwork, transfers, and custodial coordination Preparing meeting materials and organizing client information Managing CRM records and workflow tracking Coordinating client communications and documentation Helping ensure deadlines and commitments are consistently met Organizing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously Serving as a polished and reassuring point of contact for clients Supporting process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives Professional Growth Opportunity We believe great people should have room to grow.
