Our innovations, including the sam® device, enable safe, in-home treatment, offering pain relief, improved muscle function, and increased circulation. Summary The Customer Support Specialist supports daily customer service and sales support activities for ZetrOZ Systems. This role works closely with distributor partners, field sales teams, customers, patients, and internal operations to help ensure accurate order processing and responsive customer support. Responsibilities include order entry, communication with patients and distributor partners, shipping coordination, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. Key Responsibilities Support communication between field sales teams, distributor partners, customers, patients, and internal operations Review and input incoming orders to help ensure accurate and timely processing Assist with quoting, pricing support, and shipping coordination activities Process order entry, order verification, and order release to shipping Support customers and distributor partners with marketing materials, product demos, and product supply requests Communicate with patients to verify contact information and medical benefits Instruct patients on the use of the sam® device and assist with patient-related questions Assist with social media posting initiatives on behalf of the company and distribution partners Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and communication logs Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to support customer requests and daily business activities Assist with follow-up communication regarding orders, shipments, and customer requests Support additional customer service, administrative, and operational activities as requested Required Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Experience in customer service, administrative support, sales support, or related field Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Preferred Qualifications Experience working in customer service, office support, or administrative roles Experience supporting customers, sales teams, or distributor partners Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or technology industries Familiarity with social media platforms and business communication tools Experience with CRM or order management systems is a plus Key Skills & Competencies Customer service and communication Organization and time management Attention to detail and accuracy Team collaboration and professionalism Problem-solving and adaptability Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs as needed Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically Work Environment Office-based environment with regular collaboration across departments Frequent communication with distributor partners, customers, patients, and internal teams Use of standard office equipment and computer systems Why This Role Matters This position plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of ZetrOZ Systems and helping provide a positive experience for customers, patients, and distribution partners.
