Job Description
Customer Service Representative Swiss Cleaners - Rockville, CT Part-time, long term Swiss Cleaners is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The best candidate will be enthusiastic, able to work both independently and collaboratively with a team. This job requires high attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Swiss Cleaners is a local family-owned business has served the Greater Hartford region with expert laundry and dry-cleaning services, uniform rental and sales for over 110 years. We proudly operate in a state-of-the-art green garment processing facility that utilizes 10,500 square feet of rooftop solar panels, a heat reclamation system, LED light conversion and a clean burning high-efficiency boiler. Training is provided 3 days per week including occasional Saturdays Shift varies from 7AM to 2:30PM or 2:30PM to 9PM Duties and Responsibilities
- Create a positive and welcoming environment where customer service is top priority
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong instincts in how to respond in customer situations, and know when to partner up for help
- Must be an upbeat, flexible, and proactive team player; a true partner in creating a positive customer experience
- Serve customers during drop off and pick up of clothes
- Inventory, inspection, and ticketing of clothes for the cleaning process
- Reconciliation of cash & credit card receipts
- Daily clean up and straightening of store areas
- Must be reliable, flexible, friendly, and able to multi-task
- Ability to maintain professionalism in fast-paced, changing environments Requirements
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Fluent English speaking
- Ability to lift and maneuver 25 pounds
- Reliable transportation
