Part-Time with Opportunity for Full-Time Growth Reform Physical Therapy, a leading pelvic health physical therapy clinic in Westport, Connecticut, is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Client Care Coordinator to join our growing team! We are a modern, patient-centered practice specializing in women's health, and we work with women through pregnancy, postpartum, and to overcome pelvic floor dysfunction and pain. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to providing excellent care in an environment that is welcoming and supportive. Our mission at Reform Physical Therapy is to provide our patients with high quality, meaningful care while guiding them to symptom relief and a better, stronger version of themselves. This position is a part-time in-person position (20-30 hours per week) with an opportunity to grow into full-time. We believe our Client Care Coordinator is a strong representation of our clinic and brand, and an essential part of our team and our patients' experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a positive patient experience Manage clinic scheduling, including communication with patients and appointment coordination Respond to patient inquiries via email and phone Assist with marketing tasks Track clinic performance metrics, such as patient visit frequency, appointment booking trends, and referral sources Learn and communicate with patients about pelvic floor physical therapy and the diagnoses that we treat at the clinic Support the clinic's daily administrative operations to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (experience in a healthcare office setting preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficiency in Google Workspace and online scheduling tools Highly professional, personable, and passionate about supporting patients Why Join Us?
