Job Description

Today's automobiles employ state of the art technology that requires regular maintenance, software updates and repairs to perform at the highest level. Customers need a consultant to coach them through the maintenance of their vehicle. Mitchell Selig Ford located off of exit 37 on 91 in Windsor, CT has just been completely renovated into a state of the art facility to better serve our customers. We are looking for one individual with experience as a Service Advisor to join our team. A track record of high Customer Satisfaction is a must for this position. What We Offer Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Basic Life Insurance 401k Accident and Critical Illness Insurance Responsibilities Greets customers promptly Obtains customer and vehicle information Clearly reports all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Determines and recommends needed maintenance base on age, mileage, and vehicle history Prepares complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Establishes follow-up time Monitors the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently Verifies that final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order Explains all completed work and charges to customers Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role Knowledge of automobiles Positive attitude High volume mentality CSI focused
