As a small family business, we value teamwork, positivity, organization, and a willingness to help wherever needed. We are looking for someone friendly, dependable, organized, and able to prioritize tasks while working well with others in a collaborative environment. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and customers, providing exceptional support and helping ensure their needs are handled efficiently, kindly, and courteously. Someone who does not get overwhelemd easily and likes to be consistently busy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, previous office or customer service experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced setting. We are looking for someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and enjoys building positive relationships with customers and coworkers alike. Responsibilities Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing accurate information and solutions. We recieve orders which you will then email client lot photos and Enter Orders into our Stone Profits system. filing, and updating customer information in Stone Profits Utilize office management tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for daily tasks. Support administrative functions, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and proofreading documents. Assist with billing processes, bookkeeping tasks, and basic office bookkeeping using QuickBooks or Stone Profits Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and support data entry or clerical tasks as required by managment. Uphold high standards of professionalism in all interactions while supporting overall office operations. Skills Have worked in customer service Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi-line phone systems. Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with proofreading capabilities and accuracy in data entry. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving abilities.
