Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required 5-7 years of customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other computer applications
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services Resolve customer service and billing complaints Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Investigate and assess customer concerns to determine appropriate resolutions Follow up with customers regarding claims, investigations, and adjustments Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department Promote additional products and services when applicable
