Full-time position Customer Service Representative (Onsite) Carroll Water is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with customers, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit for you. This is a full-time, onsite position working in a collaborative team environment. What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and in person Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in CRM (ServiceTitan experience a plus) Coordinate with the service manager to optimize service routes and schedules Enter and process orders for products and services Handle customer questions and resolve concerns; escalate when appropriate Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions Perform general administrative duties as assigned What We're Looking For Strong communication skills, including active listening Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems Self-motivated while working in a team environment Preferred (not required): Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM systems Physical Requirements Ability to sit or remain in a stationary position for extended periods Ability to use a computer, phone, and other office equipment for prolonged periods Ability to occasionally stand, walk, or move within the office Ability to lift up to 15-20 lbs as needed (files, office supplies, etc.) Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
