Job Description

Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Employee Support Serve as first point of contact; greet and assist employees, applicants, and visitors Answer and route calls, emails, and general HR inquiries File & Records Management Scan, upload, file, and maintain employee records (paper and electronic) Support digital recordkeeping and track HR documents (e.g., evaluations, disciplinary actions) Ensure accuracy and compliance with record retention standards Administrative & Office Support Prepare basic HR documents (forms, memos, letters) Maintain front office organization, mail distribution, and supply inventory Submit and follow up on work orders as needed Onboarding & Recruiting Support Assist with new hire orientation logistics (room setup, materials, folders) Maintain onboarding supplies and provide backup support during sessions Support recruiting efforts, including outreach events and candidate flow Events & General Support Assist with employee event setup and breakdown Update and post HR communications (flyers, postings) Utilize Microsoft Office and HR systems for daily tasks Support HR team with projects and additional duties as assigned
