West Main Street, Middletown, DE 19709 Full-time Full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) Willow Grace Veterinary Hospital At Willow Grace Veterinary Hospital , compassion, empathy, and grace guide every interaction we have—with our patients, our clients, and one another. We are seeking a Client Service Representative who will serve as the welcoming face and voice of our hospital and who understands that exceptional client care is just as important as exceptional medical care. Position Summary The Client Service Representative is often the first and last point of contact for our clients and plays a critical role in shaping their experience. This position requires warmth, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and the ability to support clients with kindness and clarity—especially during stressful or emotional moments. Requirements (Required) Prior client service experience required (veterinary or medical setting preferred) Weekend availability is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional in emotionally charged situations Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Commitment to treating every client and patient with respect and empathy Key Responsibilities Greet clients and patients warmly in person and over the phone Serve as a compassionate liaison between clients and the medical team Schedule appointments and manage check-ins and check-outs Accurately enter and maintain client and patient information Collect payments and explain invoices clearly and respectfully Answer questions with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail Support clients during difficult or sensitive situations with grace and understanding Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk environment Uphold hospital policies, confidentiality standards, and ethical practices What We're Looking For A kind, dependable professional who truly enjoys helping people Someone who leads with empathy, patience, and grace Excellent listening and problem-solving skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail A team player who contributes positively to a respectful workplace culture Why Willow Grace?
