Customer Service Management:

Act as the initial point of contact for customers and prospects across communication channels including in-person, over the phone, via chat/text, and through social media. ➢

Outbound Sales Engagement:

Contact warm prospects that have been developed through marketing initiatives, events, and client interactions. ➢

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide information about services, timelines, and processes. ➢

Intake & Documentation:

Collect accurate customer and vehicle information, document service requests, and ensure all intake paperwork is complete. ➢

Coordinate Service:

Schedule appointments, communicate between service teams and customers, and help prioritize workflow for efficiency. ➢

Communication:

Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure messages are accurate and timely. ➢

Problem-Solving:

Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary. ➢

Maintain Organization:

Keep intake areas, customer files, and digital records accurate, organized, and up to date. ➢

Promote Safety & Compliance:
