Schell Brothers Delaware Division is looking for an energetic and positive Customer Care Team Member (Warranty Representative) who has the ability and desire to interact closely with our customers to provide an exceptional warranty experience. Customer Care Team Members get an opportunity to interact with homeowners and trade partners daily to ensure timely and quality service work. Our Customer Care Team Members receive a competitive salary with the potential of a performance bonus and a company vehicle. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times. Comfortable with technology and proficient with MS Office Products. Positive and caring attitude. Outgoing, professional demeanor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to collaborate with other Team Members. Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest. Ability to prioritize tasks. Previous experience including, but not limited to, quality assurance and customer care/warranty. (preferred)
