Job Description

A leading global wealth management firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to join its centralized team in Wilmington, Delaware. This role supports Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients on the West Coast and offers a long-term career path with opportunities for continued learning and advancement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Hybrid Model•3 days onsite

BachelorsResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Partner with Client Service Teams to deliver exceptional service to UHNW clients Maintain accuracy of client data and documentation within internal systems and applications Collaborate with custodians and internal Operations to ensure efficient processing of client requests Prepare new account documentation, contracts, and subscription agreements Manage account openings and closures, including SMA and brokerage accounts Oversee cash and security movements (deposits, withdrawals, gifting, wires, journals) Review and verify billing for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree required; Finance or Business concentration preferred 4-5 years of experience in financial services, client support, or operations Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Effective communicator with a team-oriented mindset Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, client-focused setting SkillsClient ServiceHigh Net Worth (3 years of experience is required)Ultra High Net Worth (3 years of experience is preferred)Reconciliation (3 years of experience is required)Account ManagementPortfolio ManagementQualificationsYears of experience: 4 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
