Attentive Job Summary:
As The Client Re-Engagement Specialist is responsible for contacting past clients and missed opportunities across all locations to rebook appointments and recover revenue. This role makes outbound calls, texts, and emails to clients who canceled, no-showed, did not convert, or were referred but never scheduled. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, and motivated by results. This position will be part-time, paying $17.00 per hour and working 30 hours per week Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to past clients and missed opportunities across all locations Re-engage canceled, no-show, unconverted, and referred clients to book appointments Recover missed revenue opportunities by scheduling consultations and follow-ups Accurately book appointments into the correct location and schedule Document all activity and outcomes in the

Maintain consistent follow-up until a clear result is achieved Maintain consistent brand messaging across all locations Meet daily activity goals and performance KPIs Communicate professionally and represent the brand with a service-first approach Track appointments booked and revenue recovered per location Identify trends in cancellations and non-conversions Coordinate with COO and Center Managers Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong outbound calling experience Comfortable managing multiple locations and schedules Excellent written and verbal communication skills CRM experience preferred Highly organized and KPI-driven Sales-minded with a service-first attitude
